Return & Refund Policy

Everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

01Order cancellations

Within 1 hour of purchase — full cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 1 hour of placing it. Please contact us at contact@posterwallprints.com as soon as possible.

50%

After 1 hour — partial refund only

After the 1-hour window, orders enter production and can no longer be fully cancelled. In exceptional circumstances we may be able to process a cancellation, but only 50% of the order value will be refunded.


02Partial refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


03Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please follow these steps before contacting us:

1.Check your bank account again.
2.Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
3.Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
4.If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at contact@posterwallprints.com.

04Delivered packages

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you with a reprint.

We value your satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any issues with your order.


05Unclaimed parcels

If a package is not collected and is returned to us by the post office, we will not issue a refund until we receive the parcel back at our lab. Customers are responsible for collecting their parcels within the specified retention period to avoid returns.


06Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at contact@posterwallprints.com.


07How to initiate a return

To initiate a return or refund, send an email to contact@posterwallprints.com with clear photos of the following:

1. Front of the frame
2. Back of the frame
3. Front of the package
4. Back of the package
5. Inner protection of the package
6. Inner package overview
7. Package label (showing shipping details)

Once we receive and review your claim, we will contact you within 3 business days with the next steps. Please ensure all photos are clear and capture the condition of both the product and packaging.


08Return shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
