01Delivery

Shipping locations & packaging

All art prints are carefully rolled and shipped in heavy-duty cardboard tubes from our labs in the USA, Australia, Europe, UK, Canada, and Japan.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days after purchase. If you have any concerns or need assistance, our customer service team is happy to help.

02Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

No customs or duties apply for orders shipped to:

United Kingdom European Union Australia United States Canada Japan

For international orders outside these regions, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

03Tracking information

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment on the carrier's website.

04Lost or damaged packages

Lost package?

Contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. Additional details may be required to process the claim.

Received a damaged item?

We will replace it free of charge. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll take care of the rest.

05Order cancellations

Within 1 hour of purchase — full cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 1 hour of placing it. Please contact us at contact@posterwallprints.com as soon as possible.

50%

After 1 hour — partial refund only

After the 1-hour window, orders enter production and can no longer be fully cancelled. In exceptional circumstances we may be able to process a cancellation, but only 50% of the order value will be refunded.
